Hypothesis 4: UFO experiences in trance mask only another repressed trauma, due to the standard elements (genetic experiments, egg or sperm cell withdrawal) probably sexual abuse in the childhood or a rape.
This hypothesis is expressed quite frequently, because sexual abuse, particularly in the childhood, may express well-known-measured in the most different kinds as archetypical nightmares.
This statement however is not applicable by any means in any case. Often sexual abuse can be excluded clearly in the past.
From our practice even a reverse case is well-known to us, where a hypnotic regression seemed to bring up first a sexual abuse experience in the childhood of a woman. Her description was however contradictory (the woman experienced to have been kidnapped by a strange man with a mask during a family celebration - none in her family remembered such things). In further trance sessions this experience transformed into a classical "UFO experience".
The main indication against this hypothesis are however physical side effects, which arise during the trance sessions in the case of such experiences, never however with "classical" trauma experiences (see main text).
Such effects rather lead to a physical hypothesis for the possible explanation of the "UFO experiences".
