Therapeutical Intervention

What you can do yourself

  1. Suggestive methods
  2. Conscious perception of the aura field
  3. Bioenergetic methods
  4. Work with yourself
  5. Grounding
  6. Pore respiration
  7. Work with pendulum

Investigations of the geomagnetic changes (earth's magnetic field, Schumann resonance), which now happen on earth, came to the result that CFIDS symptoms could also be result of a temporary adjustment process to the changed environmental parameters. (see "Electromagnetical influences as cause for CFIDS").

If this explanation should be confirmed however (and much speaks for this), this has drastic consequences, partially reassuring and partial shocking for concerned people as well as for therapists:

 (1) CFIDS is extremely unpleasant, but not directly lethal

(2) CFIDS is however not welfarable then too, but the Therapeut can only intervene during the adjustment process.

Exactly this is observed by therapists all over the world: Most people do not die of CFIDS, but there is also at most 12% of the known cases, where the symptomatology really disappeared one day.

The fact that CFIDS is in principle not life-threatening is world-wide maintained, but this statement is not true to the end, for it is well known that, as a consequence, also different cancer types, impact accumulations, liver failure etc. are possible.  No one die thus directly from CFIDS, but he may die however from secondary subsequent diseases.

Do we thus have to live with CFIDS?  Certainly not, even if we still have to learn much about this syndrome.  Let’s not forget:  the fact that no direct mortal danger exists does not mean there would be no necessity for treatment of CFIDS! In the opposite:  it is heavy for outstanding people to imagine how much a concerned person suffers from his symptoms, which extremely prevent him most of the time to live a normal life.

There are two different ways, to help people with CFIDS, and both should be gone parallel.  We’ll clarify, what a) the concerned person  may do and what b) the therapist may do.

Therapeutic Intervention

First requirement for the therapist is of course, exactly to explain the concerned person what are his conditions and to exclude possible other causes (infections).  Even if changes of  the way of life should not do anything, then some helping measures are appropriate.

Thereby the sleep disturbance should be the center of attention (if present), because simply from the fact that the patient again sleeps better, many symptoms may be moderated. To achieve this, above all relaxation exercises are recommended, which from our experience are extraordinarily helpful in case of CFIDS symptomatology.  Also the treatment of a possible Polycythaemia should not be ignored.

A. Relaxation exercises

Relaxation exercises, hypnosis, meditation etc. proved in practice as very helpful.  In individual cases often only one session is enough to moderate the symptoms for a whole week or longer, before a new session is necessary.  The suggestions should be symptomatically and particularly co-ordinated with the situation of the patient.  In any case post hypnotic sleep-promoting suggestions should be used.  Additionally visualization exercises may be enwoven to enhance the conscious perception and stabilization of the aura. This proved in practice as very useful too.

B. Treatment of the Polycythaemia

It is proven that humans, who are exposed to electromagnetic fields in the ELF range over a long time may develop a special form of Polycythaemia, where it comes to a over population of irregularly formed erythrocytes.  Since these have not as good flow behavior as the normally most frequent, disk-shaped types, particularly in the capillaries, it comes to peripheral blood circulation disturbances and hypoxia, which can explain many of the CFIDS symptoms.  A special blood investigation can give clarity here.

If such an anomaly of the blood is present, it can be helped by vitamine B12 injectionen (only Hydroxocobalamin, no Cyanocobalamin, like in most commercial products).  This Dr. Les Simpson from New Zealand found out, who could successfully moderate the symptoms of several patients with "Tapanui flu" this way (1).

Additionally Dr. Simpson recommends Ginkgo Biloba extract (as tablets) as well as capsules with primula oil.

Beyond that of course every patient should get sufficient vitamins at all, and his immune system should be stabilized.

German physician Dr. Hans Nieper, which makes above all car exhaust gas responsible for CFIDS, recommends beside the vitamin B12 injectionen above all potassium magnesium doses (e.g. Tromcardin forte) as well as Carnitin and vitamin B1 to repair the cell damages.  With Coenzyme Q10, which should theoretically help too, Dr. Nieper had no or at least only small success (2).

What you can do

Small everyday help

To a CFIDS patient the first basic rule is to accept his condition.  That doesn’t mean to resign but only to accept it as a momentary fact and not to lie to himself.  Only this way he can facilitate his everyday life by suitable measures (3). He should always

A. divide his strength “in portions” in such a way that it will be enough for all day long (not to exhaust himself in the morning and insert relax phases during the day (4)).

B. give himself sufficient relax (switch off all disturbing factors, especially telephone) and sufficient sleep.

C. not be ashamed before himself to use memos to moderate the consequences of his lacks of concentration.

D. if possible, have sufficient sunlight and fresh air.

There is beyond that a set of exercises, which were developed also under participation of concerned people and which surely may be helpful. Such measures should be discussed individually with the therapist.

Methods to strengthen the aura field

In contrast to the different toxic substances in our food which everyone may avoid by conscious nutrition to some degree, elektromagnetic environmental influences can’t always be avoided, but it should be clear that we can tolerate such influences the better, the stronger our aura field is. To strengthen it, there are a couple of techniques, some may be used by the patient alone, some by the therapist.

Suggestive methods

Scientific investigations, e.g. by Professor Fritz Albert Popp, proved that the strength of the body-own energy field can be affected by conscious concentration.  On this fact is based also the described method to include such concentration exercises into hypnosis or similar relaxation exercises.  Again healthy-making, positive information samples can be fed by such suggestive or autosuggestive methods, up to level of DNA.

Conscious perception of the aura field

This attaches directly to the suggestive exercises, which likewise serve the purpose of conscious control.  If one learns to feel or see its aura field consciously, of course one can notice much more quickly, if something fell out of the equilibrium.

There is a couple of methods to learn perception of the aura. One of the most simple and easy ones uses special viewing techniques, e.g. the famous "Tables of Holy Grail" from Chartres cathedral in France (5).

Bioenergetic methods

By bioenergetic methods, for instance the medical Radiaesthesia (bio antenna, new homoeopathia etc..)  or by Orgon treatment, the aura field may be strengthened.  These procedures serve particularly for support at the beginning, in order to start the stabilization process.

Very important it is however that the patient also works himself and solely responsible on the improvement of his aura field.  If one considers the causes for aura blockades, thereby of course work with himself is in the center of focus.

Work with yourself

The patient must try everything first of all, in order to accept himself.  To this belongs above all to accept his momentary condition and not to struggle against himself, because he cannot function in accordance with the requirements of the society.

Beyond that he should make himself clear, by which stress factors he is particularly vulnerable in everyday life and whether he could not change something within these ranges or react at least more calmly in the concerned situations.  Each opportunity, where he reacts somewhat more calmly than in former times, is one aura blockade less.

Grounding

Many people interested in spiritual topics, are too few grounded according to experience, i.e. their style of life allows too few energy for the lower chakras of their aura field compared with the upper ones.  In such  case body exercises are recommended which strengthen the first chakra.  Also the general strength increases.  For this, general chakra meditations may be used, better are however really body-centering exercises, e.g. gymnastic, dance, root exercises, immersing into the aura of a strong tree etc.

Pore respiration

If the patient sensitized himself already so far that he feels, at which place of the body a blockade is located, he may use the very effective method of pore respiration.  That is, he imagines some minutes during intensive breathing, that the breathing air is breathed in and out by the skin region of the concerned location. Often this way it is even possible to reduce pain very quickly.

Work with pendulum

But if he is not safe where the blockade is located (it is not necessarily located at the place of the pain!),  he should use rather holistic aura stabilization methods, as available for instance in the form of aura pendulum boards using a carneol stone. These boards are contained and described in detail in our book "Dialog mit dem Unsichtbaren".  These boards proved in practice as very useful too.
