Not each exhaustion condition in the life means CFIDS immediately. With help of this questionnaire, which is evaluated of course perfectly anonymous and only for you, you may win a first reference point, whether you are „only " stressed, thus in the conventional sense „tired ", or whether there is already something more serious.

If you fill out the questionnaire, by marking the data applicable for you, you'll obtain the evaluation on the screen automatically.

1. If you place yourselves to an activity, to which you momentarily actually do not feel fit enough, do you feel worse on next day?
2. Are your fatigue symptoms so unforeseeable that you cannot make plans, up to the last minute?
3. Were you confronted with higher demands during last time?
4. Did you experience ever before a comparable degree of exhaustion, and did this condition pass at that time automatically and relatively quickly?
5. Do you feel more energy-loaded, if you had at least eight hours of sleep?
6. Do you suffer under persistent pains in muscles, joints or chord, on the whole body?
7. Do you have rashes somewhere at the body?
8. Do you observe any unusual cognitive problems, e.g. lack of concentration or a feeling of confusion?
9. Do you suffer from headache, which are different in kind or strength from those, which you had in former times?
10. Are you momentarily under strong stress?
11. Did you suffer recently a significant personal loss?
12. Did something important in your life change lately?
